David Amarando– David Amarando founded Advanced Laundry Systems in 1988 after many years of owning and managing his own laundromat businesses. Having built his own stores from the ground up, David was determined to share his insight and help his customers build successful laundromats and businesses.
In the decades that followed, David has forged many friendships and business partnerships with laundromat owners and businesses of all sizes throughout Greater New York. David has worked with over 400+ stores and has stood by every sale with expert services and business advice. He created Advanced Business Brokers as a subsidiary company to connect with businesses of all sizes and work with entrepreneurs that are looking to buy or list routes, stores, restaurants, car washes and a variety of other types of businesses.
Joe Napolitano – Joe Napolitano has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years and has owned businesses ranging from distribution routes and laundromats to landscaping routes. Joe understands the importance of finding the right business. Through his distribution routes on Long Island and businesses throughout NY, he has made many connections in the Greater New York area and has contacts all over the island with local business owners and entrepreneurs.
With his knowledge and passion, Joe is able to connect with local entrepreneurs and is determined to find the right business for them. Being a business owner himself, Joe also understands what sellers are looking for and works hard to find the best deal and offer for each listing.
